Bonjour!
Before we dive in, I have some exciting news! Applications are now open for a program that could literally transform how you see the rest of your career.
Imagine moving from:
“I want to take the leap, but something’s holding me back”
to:
“I’m clear on my next steps and taking confident actions to build a fulfilling career I am really passionate about”
I am launching Version 1 of the program, which means you get access to the same high-quality content and coaching as future groups, but at a special, affordable price.
It’s my way of inviting early participants to help shape the program while benefiting from everything it offers, before it officially launches at full price in 2026.

Going back to our topic!
Lately, I’ve noticed a huge increase in discovery calls, with clients asking the same question:
"How can I truly value my skills when I’m starting to doubt myself and feel like I don’t stand out?"
Considering that the world of work is changing fast, there’s one thing I always suggest: Stay agile.
The World Economic Forum recently released a report I have already shared at several events, and it always highlights one thing: soft skills matter more than ever.
By 2030, 40% of core skills will change.

And yet, many will be caught completely unprepared, not because they are not smart or capable, but because they were too caught up in the daily grind
If you want to stand out, thrive, and stay relevant, today might be the right time to be intentional and proactive
This is what you need to know about the core skills to adopt:
Top skills to grow this year:
1-Analytical Thinking
How to grow:
/
Challenge your assumptions: ask “why?” FIVE times before deciding (Why…? (…), and Why is that so?..... and Why is that so…?)
Join workshops or courses that challenge your thinking: - eg: Linkedin Learning has plenty
2-Active Learning
How to grow:
Dedicate 15 minutes a day to reading or listening to new content.
Follow thought leaders OUTSIDE your industry, this is where you’re going to learn the most.
3-Resilience
How to grow:
Build a strong support network to keep up with the pace (or slow down): peers, mentors, or a coach.
Reflect on past challenges: what helped you bounce back??
4-Creativity
How to grow:
Expose yourself to different fields, and different industries: challenge your thoughts in Art, science, culture…
Try the “yes, and…” method to expand ideas instead of blocking them (instead of “yes, BUT….”)
5-Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
How to grow:
Ask for feedback on how others perceive your communication.
Lead with empathy: pause and genuinely check in with your team.
I’ve worked with brilliant people who were made redundant, micromanaged into frustration, or quietly sidelined: their roles became obsolete while they were busy being excellent at yesterday’s job.
See you next week!
