The career trap that absolutely no one talks about.

How we end up in careers we’re great at... but we don't really like

Jane’s career looked perfect.
After business school, she landed at a top consulting firm in New York.
Promotions came fast. She moved countries twice. She was now an expat.

By 30, local newspapers were asking for her insights. She even wrote a book.
Her peers admired her. She was talented, confident, fulfilled.

Then, life shifted.

At 36, she had children. She loved being a mother- but somehow, something changed.
At 42, returning from holiday, Jane felt tired, empty, and (worst of all for such a hardworking person), for the very first time in her career, she didn’t feeling like going back to work. At all.

Ever felt this way? see what happened next:

A year later, she hired a career coach.

She was lost

What made all the difference?

When she realized that what we’re good at may be different from what we’re passionate about.

It was a chain of circumstances that had put her on a path she was scared to leave.
She had been pretending, telling herself that this was enough, while a deeper part of her was looking for something different.

We started exploring what truly mattered. And by “what truly mattered,” I mean her values, her true sense of belonging.
She tested new ideas, engaged in work that felt meaningful, and made small changes that aligned with who she truly was. Slowly, she rebuilt her sense of purpose.

Jane discovered that fulfillment wasn’t about fame or reputation anymore.
It was about living a life that resonated with her.

At 44 now, she’s happily entering a new chapter.

If this resonates, you’re only one step away from what could be your next chapter.
